2023 EVALUATION DATES

All cheerleaders must hand in a 

Code of Conduct and Medical Waiver Form

This is mandatory before entering the gym.

​

 

TRYOUTS:

 • Learn a routine

 • Demonstrate stunting skills

• Demonstrate tumbling skills

• Cheerleaders will perform jumps, stunts, & dance

skills for coaches and will be evaluated

• Appearance and attitude will be evaluated

  

TRYOUT UNIFORM:
           • Plain black t-shirt/tank top and black shorts 

           • High ponytail with bow. Athletic sneakers are a must.   

           • No long fingernails/acrylics  or jewelry

(if cheerleader fails to meet the uniform standard they will not be able to participate)

 

TUMBLING SKILLS 

Preferred but not required
           • Forward Roll             

• Roundoff   

• Back Walkovers

• Back and Front Handsprings

• Standing Tuck, Roundoff Tuck

NOTE: Parents MAY NOT be present in the gym during tryouts
